Automator will present you with a form to fill out the new contact’s information. We’re going to use tokens (i.e., dynamic data pulled from your WordPress website and from within recipes) to fill out these fields.

To use a token, click the Asterisk in a field and select the corresponding token. For example, we have selected the token “User first name” to populate the First name field.

Fill out the remaining fields using a combination of tokens and static data.

Remove Restrict Content Pro Members from FluentCRM Lists

Now that you’ve gotten the hang of creating Automator recipes, let’s take a look at another powerful way to connect Restrict Content Pro to FluentCRM.

If a paid newsletter subscription is part of your Restrict Content Pro membership features, then you’ll love the recipe pictured below.

With this recipe, we’re able to automatically remove our Restrict Content Pro members from FluentCRM lists if/when their membership expires or is canceled. This automated workflow can help you manage your monetized newsletter so you can focus on creating content instead of curating lists.

Here’s how we did it.

Step 1: Create a New Recipe

From your WordPress Admin Dashboard, navigate to Automator > Add new recipe. In the popup window that appears, select Logged-in users.

Step 2: Name Your Recipe

Give your recipe a name that makes it easy to recognize at a glance. For example, we have named this recipe “Remove Members from FluentCRM Lists”.

Step 3: Configure Your Trigger(s)

In the Trigger panel, from the menu of available integrations, select Restrict Content Pro. From the dropdown list that appears, select A user’s membership to a specific level expires.

Automator will prompt you to select the membership level. Once you’re finished, click Save.

Next, in the Trigger panel, click Add trigger. Select Restrict Content Pro and, from the dropdown list, select A user’s membership to a specific level is canceled.

Once again, Automator will prompt you to select a membership level. Once you’re finished, click Save.

Whenever you have two or more triggers in an Automator recipe, you will need to define whether Any or All triggers must be satisfied for the recipe to run. In this case, we want the recipe to run when Any of the triggers are satisfied.

Your Trigger panel should now look something like this:

restrict-content-pro-triggers-live

Step 4: Configure Your Action(s)

In the Actions panel, click Add action and select FluentCRM. From the dropdown list that appears, select Remove the user from lists.

fluentcrm-action-remove-the-user-from-lists

Automator will prompt you to select the list(s) from which you want to remove the user. Once you’ve selected the list(s), click Save.

Your completed action should look something like this:

Step 5: Go Live!

All you have to do now is toggle the recipe from Draft to Live.
