New in Pro: Log Options, Woo Bookings & More

Uncanny Automator Pro 5.4 is now available to download. It’s the last Pro release of the year, so we made sure to include a number of high-value additions for Pro customers.

Woo Bookings triggers

While the WooCommerce Bookings integration was introduced in Automator 5.3 releases, no actions were added at that time. That changes in today’s Pro release, which adds:

  • Create a booking
  • Change a booking to a specific status

So when a form is submitted, perhaps a new booking is created. Or when a recurring payment fails, maybe a booking is cancelled.

Xprofile loop filters

BuddyBoss and BuddyPress users, we now have the user data conditions you’ve been looking for:

  • A user does not have a value in an Xprofile field
  • A user has a value in an Xprofile field

Those are available for each of the 2 integrations. Perhaps only users located in Toronto (as set in a City Xprofile) receive a campaign email, maybe only users with a Manager title earn a certificate when they complete a course, etc.

Auto-pruning logs

Pro users get an option to automatically prune completed recipes from logs after a certain number of days. We had a lot of feedback that only allowing integers and setting the value in days wasn’t flexible enough, so now you can effectively set any time period you want. Here’s what it looks like:

Log auto-pruning settings The default is “day(s)”, so the existing setting current users would have in place.

Easy Digital Download conditions

To complement the new EDD Software Licensing integration in Uncanny Automator 5.4, we added several new conditions:

  • EDD: A user has or has not downloaded a file
  • EDD Software licensing: A user has or does not have an active license for a download

Want to send out a campaign reminding users that completed a course but don’t have an active license to purchase one? No problem. Want to send a reminder email for purchasers of a download to download the file if they haven’t within 7 days of purchase? The new conditions allow that too.

Send Group Leaders certificates

Do you use recipes to send out certificates to students in LearnDash courses? With the new option to CC Group Leaders on certificates, now they can be included on notifications. The new option is included right beneath the current CC field in the “Send a LearnDash certificate” action:

That wraps up the highlights for the Uncanny Automator Pro 5.4 release. We hope you find the new additions useful!
